For highlights: Apply Tight Hold to clean, loose hair close to your scalp. Use fingertips, palm, or comb-rolling technique to twist the new growth clockwise. Use a clip to secure the section in place. Continue until finished. Place hair under dryer until dry. Use Strengthener on your scalp.

To define the curl pattern of natural hair: Apply Tight Hold to hair and use fingers to shape the curl pattern. Tight Hold does not become flaky or hard after drying. It leaves hair soft and manageable without being sticky or too tacky.
