2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use
a) When you visit the website
When you visit our website www.gtworld.de  the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:
•  IP address of the requesting computer,
•  Date and time of access,
•  Name and URL of the retrieved file,
•  Website from which access is made (referrer URL),

b) When you register for our newsletter
If you are in accordance with Art.  6 para.  1 p.  1 lit.  a GDPR, we will use your email address to regularly send you our newsletter. To receive the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide an email address.
You can unsubscribe at any time, for example via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you can also send your unsubscribe request to shop@gtworld.de  send by email.
c) When using our contact form
If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. You must provide a valid email address so that we know who the request came from and can answer it. You can provide further information voluntarily.
The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art.  6 para.  1 p.  1 lit.  a GDPR based on your voluntarily given consent.
The personal data we collect when you use the contact form will be automatically deleted once your request has been processed.
3. Transfer of data through use of the website and/or orders via the webshop

  Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We will only share your personal information with third parties if:
• you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR,
• the transfer is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
• in the event that there is a legal obligation to disclose data pursuant to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter c of GDPR, and
• this is legally permissible and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR.
When ordering via our  Webshop  We will only pass on your personal data to third parties who are involved in the contract processing, such as the logistics company responsible for delivery and the credit institution responsible for payment matters. In cases where your personal data is passed on to third parties, the scope of the data transmitted is limited to the minimum required.
Overview of data when ordering via our website
You can either place orders as a guest on our website without registering, or register as a customer in our shop for future orders. The advantage of registering is that you can log into our shop directly with your email address and password in the event of a future order without having to enter your contact details again.
Your personal data is entered into an input mask and transmitted to us and stored. If you place an order via our website, we initially collect the following data, both in the case of a guest order and in the case of registration in the shop:

This data is collected

•  for invoicing;
•  to handle any liability claims that may arise and to assert any claims against you;
•  to ensure the technical administration of our website;
•  to manage our customer data.
•  As part of the ordering process, your consent will be obtained to process this data.
The data processing is carried out in response to your order and/or registration and is necessary according to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR for the stated purposes for the appropriate processing of your order and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations arising from the purchase contract.
The personal data we collect to process your order will be stored until the statutory retention period expires and then deleted, unless we are required to do so in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter.c GDPR due to retention and documentation obligations under tax and commercial law (from the German Commercial Code, the German Criminal Code or the German Fiscal Code) are required to store data for a longer period or you have consented to further storage in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

5. Analysis tools
a) Tracking tools
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are based on Art.  6 para.  1 p.  1 lit. f GDPR. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure that our website is designed to meet your needs and is continuously optimized. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.

i) Google Analytics1
For the purpose of needs-based design and continuous optimization of our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of  Google Inc.  (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/ )  (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as "Google"). In this context, pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies (see section  4) is used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as

are transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information may also be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other data held by Google. The IP addresses are anonymized so that they cannot be assigned to a specific user (IP masking).

ii) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
In order to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our website for you, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords uses a cookie (see section  4) on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad.
These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across Adwords customers' websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the setting of a cookie required for this purpose - for example, by using a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. iii) Matomo
We use the open source software Matomo to analyse and statistically evaluate the use of the website. Cookies are used for this purpose (see section  4). The information on website usage generated by the cookie is transferred to our servers and compiled into pseudonymous usage profiles. The information is used to evaluate website usage and to enable our website to be designed to meet user needs. The information is not passed on to third parties.
Under no circumstances will the IP address be associated with other data concerning the user. The IP addresses are anonymized so that assignment is not possible (IP masking).

6. Social Media Plug-ins
On our website we use the following cookies:  6 para.  1 p.  1 lit.  f GDPR social plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to make our law firm better known. The advertising purpose behind this is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation must be guaranteed by their respective providers. We integrate these plug-ins using the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website as best as possible.
a) Facebook
Our website uses social media plugins from Facebook to make its use more personal. For this purpose, we use the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button. This is an offer from Facebook.

In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected from us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details;
•  pursuant to Art.  16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of inaccurate or completion of your personal data stored by us;
•  pursuant to Art.  17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
•  pursuant to Art.  18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you require it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art.  21 GDPR have objected to the processing;
•  pursuant to Art.  20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller;
•  pursuant to Art.  7 para.  3 GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future and
•  pursuant to Art.  77 GDPR to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or of our office.


8. Right of objection
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art.  6 para.  1 p.  1 lit.  f GDPR, you have the right, in accordance with Art.  21 GDPR to object to the processing of your personal data if there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct advertising. When you visit our website, we use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually 256-bit encryption.
