Seven Oceans 500g emergency food is designed to provide a balanced diet for survival at sea, for use on board life rafts and rescue boats.

The long-lasting biscuits can be used in any survival situation where a concentrated, long-lasting emergency ration is needed.

The biscuit ration requires no preparation and can be eaten straight from the pack.

Each vacuum-packed 500g pack provides 10,300 kJ or 2,500 kcal of energy and contains the highest possible ratio of balanced nutrients compared to volume.

The pack is divided for easy rationing, each biscuit pack contains 18 tablets packed in 9 bars with greaseproof paper. The 9 bars are packed under vacuum in airtight and watertight aluminum foil and additionally protected by a water-repellent cardboard box.

The shelf life of these packs is at least five years from the date of manufacture indicated on the packaging.

In survival situations, a 500g pack is enough to feed one person for 72 hours.
