Application

• Before applying the relaxer: DO NOT SHAMPOO.
• Apply the protective MIZANI Butter Base to the skin around your hairline and ears.
• Avoid contact with hair.
• Set the timer according to the Relaxing Timing Chart (shown on the packaging) before using the product. Wearing protective gloves, apply a generous amount of MIZANI Butter Blend Relaxer to the most stubborn area using the back of a tail comb or an applicator brush.
• DO NOT apply to the scalp.
• Continue the application over the entire head by sectioning the hair into thin sections.
• Finish all sections and apply the product last to the roots. Wearing gloves, or using the back of a tail comb, gently smooth the hair at the scalp until the desired smoothness is achieved.
• Do NOT exceed the recommended exposure time.
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
