Follow all instructions carefully on the instruction sheet in the kit box to avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss and eye injuries. This product contains alkali. Do not use if scalp is irritated or injured. Do not use on hair that has been treated with a thioglycolate product (Locked Permed). Do not use on bleached hair or permanently colored hair that breaks, splits or is otherwise damaged. Do not use compound henna or metallic hair dyes. If you don't know the type of hair color you're using, contact the hair color manufacturer to find out. If hair has been previously textured or loosened, please only use as directed in the instructions. If the relaxer causes irritation to the skin or scalp, rinse immediately and wash with neutralizing shampoo. If irritation persists or hair loss occurs, consult a doctor. Keep away from eyes, may cause blindness. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor. Serious injury can occur if relaxer and/or activator is ingested. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Burn hair, always keep away from sparks, open flames and excessive heat. Must be used by an adult. Keep out of reach of children.
