If the relaxant causes irritation to the skin or scalp, rinse immediately, wash with a non-alkaline shampoo (ph less than 7); If irritation persists or hair loss occurs, seek medical attention. If the hair was previously relaxed, only relax the new growth. If relaxer gets into eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice. This product contains sodium hydroxide (LYE). You must follow the instructions carefully to avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss and eye injuries. Apply a pre-cream or lubricant to the hair, neck and skin area.
